  I opened an account here and was blatantly lied to about how cash deposits are processed. When I called to ask about this I spoke to the bank manager who was extremely rude. She did not even try to explain why there had been an error on my account. Nor did she try to apologize for the lie that the person who opened my account had told me. Every time I have gone to this branch it has taken at minimum 15 to 20 minutes just to cash a check or make a deposit and that is not including the times I had to wait in line just to get to a teller. Do not bank here they are slow (bordering on lazy) and anyone other than the tellers will be exceptionally RUDE to you!!

  i hate capital one. for some reason, if you deposit cash into your account, they feel the need to hold it for one to two business days. this is understandable with checks, but cash?? it has caused me endless inconveniences... plus they have random fees attached to some wire transfers without explanation, and the people who answer the customer service hotline are often totally ignorant, unhelpful and rude.
