- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A friend of mine and myself met with one of their agents to view apartments and possibly rent one. The apartment was ok. The issue is that the agent lied. He pressured my friend into giving a deposit to hold a apartment pending application process. The app fee was $50 and my friend also gave $150 towards holding the apartment.
