- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Place is packed, but somewhat clean and friendly employees. Streets near the terminal are bumper to bumper for a long time, parking garage does not have many signs that help you understand what you need to do when you arrive, then you're rushed when you offload your bags, parking was fine, and then getting around and walking a mile to get to the terminal and right gate was not the greatest experience, once in the terminal it is packed, again with no good signs telling you what you needed to do, no real food / drink options besides vending.By Jeremy Stephens, September 08, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Since we had the Faster To The Fun pass, we had shorter lines to go through. It took probably 15 minutes to park, hand luggage over, give boarding pass, show passports, have carryon bag checked. Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. On the Carnival website they suggest tipping $2 per bag. Other sites suggest $2 as well claiming that your luggage will arrive late if you don't. NOT TRUE. The man didn't even give us time to tip him before telling us where to go next. Even though we didn't have to sit outside with others who did not have FTTF, it would be nice to get more seats because there were several handicap guest who had no where to sit.By Angela Pickens, January 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After dragging our suitcases through the debarkation phase of the Carnival cruise ship for over an hour, my husband and I made it to the Customs counter. Our custom agent Lassus, was flirting with the male passenger ahead of us, asking how he broke his arm. Then she went on to tell him about her son who had broken his arm also. I turned to my husband with a frustrated sigh. She came out from behind her stand and said, "did you just roll your eyes at me?!" I said "yes, I probably did". She took us behind the check-in section and detained us, for NO REASON except that I rolled my eyes. What kind of control freaks do they hire? Unbelievable!!!!By Vicki Kelly, November 25, 2016
