I asked questions about cashing a large check and was told to go the following day with my husband since his name was the one on the check. We pack the baby up and go and AFTER they've written all over our check and taken all his information do they say "oh we can't cash this bc he doesn't have his social security card" WHY WOULDNT YOU TELL US WHAT WE WOULD NEED BEFOREHAND SINCE IT WAS SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT. "Oh we thought it would be for you since you're the one who called." Uhm no. I brought my HUSBAND with me because you said I would have to since it was in his name. Then they blamed me for not knowing. If you want to be treated poorly as a customer and like an idiot go ahead and go here.By Addie Field, October 27, 2016
